This item is handmade from split leather and has a rubber ring.

The harness has a strap behind the balls which is connected to the cock ring by a second strap that runs under the balls. Both are adjustable using a metal buckle.

This item is available with a ring of Ø 35 mm and Ø 40 mm.

Also available with a metal cock ring (7422) and in a deluxe version of double nappa leather (7425).
